White Rhino are an Event Management company based in Woking, Surrey and offer a variety of event solutions ranging from full event/conference management to basic Source and Supply, and everything in-between.   We bring together the very best suppliers the industry has to offer, combining them with logistical excellence to deliver a seamless end result.  Regardless of whether your event consists of a single element or many different ones, White Rhino will ensure that every part is meticulously planned to ensure everything runs smoothly.

From the outset, you will have a dedicated White Rhino point of contact that will be available via telephone or email to answer any questions you may have in the run up to your event.  They will also be responsible for liaising with you (the client), and any suppliers and venues etc. we may be responsible for.

Our attention to detail and logistical know how makes us the perfect choice for those looking to plan an event which consists of a number of different elements. 

White Rhino was established out of Landmark Transitions in 2008 by Timmon Whitehead, whose background lies within the British Military, where he served as a specialist Logistics Officer in the Royal Air Force. Naturally, many of the skills learnt throughout this career have proved invaluable in the growth and success of Landmark Transitions, and subsequently, White Rhino.
