ABOUT US

In a nutshell, our role is to make organising your next event as simple and hassle free as possible.

Based in Surrey, just outside of London, we were started by Timmon Whitehead following a career in the Royal Air Force where he served as a Logistics Officer.  Since we started life back in 2007 we have planned and managed events of all types and sizes in the UK and abroad, and like nothing more than getting stuck in and helping our clients.

We like to think we are easy to work with, friendly, and dedicated (who would want to work with a company that isn’t), and pride ourselves on being true professionals.  When it comes to events, we always remain flexible – we know things change at the last minute and we know you need us to ‘crack on’, and get the job done.

Enough about us, lets talk about you…

We know only too well that planning great events is a time consuming task and often an ‘extra’ job added to an already titanic workload.  With venues to find, suppliers to book, delegates to manage, and itineraries to finalise the whole process can be enough to have you reaching for the headache pills.
