Fantasy Formula 1

Fantasy Formula 1 sees teams supplied with detailed blueprints to enable them to build and race their own self-propelled F1 style racing car complete with spoilers, front and back.

For this “build your own Formula One car” team building activity, we supply a range of building supplies from giant sheets of cardboard to over-sized tubes and pre-cut 55cm wheels. The workshop offers all the tools needed for cutting, trimming, and shaping the racing cars, as well as accessories and fabrics to decorate the finished product and of course, supporting staff to help them along the way.

First, the designs are to be drawn on the cardboard sheets, inspired by the blueprint. Then the body of the car and its chassis must be cut, assembled and personalised.

Only then can the real fun begin!

Once built, the cars are tested and adjusted accordingly to enhance their performance for the competition. The showdown with one driver on board will determine this season’s champion!

How long does this activity last?

We would suggest allowing around 3 hours for this activity although the running time can be tailored fit in with your schedule and the time you have available.

How long do you need to set up and clear away?

Setup and clear down times do vary from activity to activity although for this activity we would typically ask for around 1 hour to set up and 1 hour to clear away. It is sometimes possible to reduce these times if we need to. If you need a quick setup/clear down at your event, please let us know and we will see how this can be done.

Will you run everything on the day?

Yes absolutely! Your activity will be run by a professional and friendly team so that you can relax and enjoy the activity along with your colleagues.

Where can this activity be run?

All of our events are completely mobile and can be run throughout the UK at hotels, conference centres, sports clubs, or even at your offices if you have enough space. If you already have a venue booked for your event we are happy to liaise with them regarding set up for your activity. Alternatively, we would be more than happy to help you find a suitable venue for your event.

How much space is needed for this activity?

The exact amount of space needed for this activity will vary depending upon how many people are taking part. As a rough guide, around 2 square metres per person should be plenty for most indoor activities although we are always happy to look at each event individually and advise accordingly.
