A team having their photo taken during a corporate treasure hunt

Corporate treasure hunts are a great way to get your team out and about and exploring the sights of your local town or city!

When we say treasure hunts, we arent talking about the old fashioned ‘paper-based’ events, things have moved on!  These high tech treasure hunt team building activities use the latest GPS technology and a cutting-edge app. Not only are they thoroughly engaging, but they are also a great way to provide teams with a fun and interactive team building activity they will love.

All of these corporate treasure hunt events can be run in fully hosted, part hosted, or remote hosted formats depending on your budget and preference.  Click the ‘read more’ button below to learn more about these different delivery methods.

During these corporate treasure hunts, teams need to work their way through as many tasks and challenges as possible to earn points and ultimately secure victory.  However, before teams can tackle a challenge, they must first ‘unlock’ it. To do this, teams must navigate their way to a specific area shown on their interactive maps.  Only once they are in the right spot will the corresponding challenge be unlocked for them to complete.  As soon as they have completed a challenge, it’s straight onto the next one.  There is no time to waste!

We have a whole host of different corporate treasure hunt formats for you to choose from, all of which are available in a variety of locations throughout the UK.

These treasure hunt team building activities are great fun and can be run all year round.

With five fun and engaging treasure hunt formats to choose from and three different delivery methods, there is something to suit all tastes and budgets.

How are our corporate treasure hunts run?

You can choose from three different delivery methods depending upon your requirements and budget. We have explained these in a bit more detail below:

Fully Hosted

With our fully hosted option, an experienced facilitator will be onsite at your chosen venue from start to finish to ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone has a great time. Your facilitator will present an engaging initial briefing at the start of your event as well as the all-important results session at the end. They will also be on hand throughout to answer any questions and troubleshoot any issues.

In addition to having one of our awesome facilitators on-site with you, we will also provide each team with their own iPad, pre-loaded with the gameplay app which they can use for the duration of the activity.

If you are looking for a hassle-free solution, then the fully hosted option is a perfect choice.

Part Hosted

Like our fully hosted option, the part hosted option also includes an experienced facilitator onsite at your chosen venue from start to finish to ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone has a great time.

Your facilitator will present an engaging initial briefing at the start of your event and the all-important results session at the end. They will also be on hand throughout to answer any questions and troubleshoot any issues.

Unlike the full hosted package, the part hosted option does not include iPads for the teams. As a result, they would need to download the gameplay app onto their own compatible device (either a smartphone or tablet) in advance of the event and would use this to complete their treasure hunt.

Remote Hosted

The remote hosted options is our most cost-effective solution. If you choose this option your treasure hunt team building activity will be delivered live by an experienced facilitator via Zoom.
The remote hosted option does not include iPads for the teams. As a result, they would need to download the gameplay app onto their own compatible device (either a smartphone or tablet) in advance of the event and would use this to complete their treasure hunt.

In advance of your event, we will provide you with an event details sheet which has all the information you need including a link for your Zoom call and also details of how to download the gameplay app.

For all of these delivery methods, we will have one event host/facilitator for every 50 participants.
