Five cost effective client entertainment event ideas!

The benefits of corporate hospitality or client entertainment are numerous.  From building and developing client relationships to getting that crucial deal over the line or thanking valued customers for their loyalty, entertaining clients certainly has a place.

There are lots of ‘off the shelf’ client entertainment events for you to choose from including major sporting events such as Wimbledon and the RBS Six Nations.  However, when it comes to corporate hospitality and client entertainment, finding unique, cost effective events can be a challenge.

In this blog post we look at five superb corporate hospitality events that your clients will remember long after the day itself.

Cookery Masterclass

Guests taking part in a cookery masterclass.

If you have some ‘foodie’ clients they will LOVE this event.  After enjoying a glass of Champagne upon arrival, guests will head through to the private cookery school where they will don their chefs hats and aprons before being introduced to their master chef for the evening.

After a short demonstration guests will be challenged to prepare, cook, and serve their very own three course meal before sitting down together at the end to enjoy the fruits of their labour.  Naturally there will be lots of hints, tips, and tuition along the way and an expert team of professional chefs will always be on hand to offer help and guidance.

This event lasts for approximately 4 hours and the package includes venue hire, a welcome drink, all the ingredients to create a sumptuous three course meal, expert chefs to guide and help guests along the way, ½ bottle of wine per person with dinner, and a souvenir cookery book for everyone to take home.

Thames RIB Adventure on the Solent

Guests on a high speed RIB out on the Solent.

If high adrenaline is what you are after then the Solent RIB Adventure is the perfect choice.  This event will certainly create a talking point and will certainly be an event your guests won’t forget in a hurry.

The day will start with tea, coffee, and pastries for you and your guests during which your lead skipper will introduce themselves and run through the obligatory health and safety briefing.  Once this is complete, guests will be escorted to the fleet of matching RIB’s (which can be branded with your company logo if required), where they will don their life vests and board the RIB’s.

Once on board your skippers will head out on to the Solent where they are able to demonstrate the power and maneuverability of these incredible boats.  During the day you and your guests will see various sights and landmarks and will also stop for a well deserved restaurant lunch in Cowes.

The day finishes once everyone is back on dry land with a glass of Pimms to celebrate a great day on the water.

Package includes tea, coffee, and pastries on arrival, high performance RIB’s and fully qualified skippers, all mooring fees, fuel, wet weather gear if required, three course lunch with ½ bottle of wine per person, a celebratory glass of Pimms at the end of the day, and full event management.

After dinner, you and your guests will make their way to the main gates of The tower of London where you will meet your Yeoman Warder.  You will enjoy an hour long tour of the fortress with fascinating insights into its incredible history, after which you will experience the ancient ‘Ceremony of the Keys’.
