Cupcake making is the all new creative side of team building - be one of the first companies to experience this fantastic team building event learning how to decorate a range of fantastic cup cakes to a professional standard! This challenge requires team work time management and above all communication.

Your event begins with an introduction followed by a health and safety briefing from the event manager who will then hand over to our expert patisserie chef for a fun demonstration to include:

o    Making and decorating with butter cream
o    Royal icing and piping techniques
o    Modelling with sugar paste
o    Colouring techniques

The demonstration will be accompanied with handouts and recipes for the delegates to take home!

Teams will then have to create their own cup cake brand with a niche concept complete with their iced cupcakes and packaging ready for us to judge, we will be looking for a good use of skills, teamwork, originality, and flair to win! There will be a vast range of colours, powders, glitters sweets and treats to use, there is simply no limit to what theme can be done with a cupcake.

WHERE CAN THIS EVENT BE RUN?

This event is completely mobile and can be run anywhere in the United Kingdom.  The only requirement in terms of space is a single large room.
