GPS CHALLENGE

Forget paper and pen, each team will be issued with a Samsung Galaxy Tab with the challenge of getting around up to 30 GPS hotpots which have been set up throughout your chosen city.  Only when your GPS verifies that you are in exactly the right location will your team be able to activate the hotspot and attempt one of the following  challenges:
 
On location. Find a local landmark to see if you crack the clue
 
Strike a pose! Test your creative ability with our amusing photo and video challenges!
 
University Challenge. Do you know Colin Firth’s middle name, the capital city of Ghana, or the name of the only tube station in Zone 1 that contains all 5 vowels? Get revising…
 
Get Scavenging. From the unusual to the everyday and with no money to spend, you’ll need to be creative if you are to score maximum points
 

TIMED CHALLENGES

How will you react under time pressure? On some of our challenges you’ll be competing against a countdown clock. Failure to reveal the answer within the allotted time and you will score nothing!

THE FINAL TWIST

We’ve added an exciting twist in that you’ll be able to see where all of your competitors are on the map, and the live scoreboard will update each time your team gets a correct answer. Be warned; penalty points will apply and certain elements will not be scored until the end so the final results will not be known until they are announced in the final results session.

WHERE CAN THIS EVENT BE RUN?

This event can be run from a variety of locations throughout the United Kingdom.  The only requirement in terms of space is a single large room for us to conduct the initial brief and to announce the results.
