Ten Cracking Christmas Event Ideas from White Rhino!

With Christmas just around the corner, White Rhino have come up with 10 great Christmas event ideas which can be run either on their own, or to give your Christmas Party that little something extra!

Gingerbread House Challenge

The ultimate Christmas event which is guaranteed to get everyone into the Christmas spirit!  Teams are tasked with constructing and decorating their very own Gingerbread Houses.  Our team will provide them with all the necessary equipment and “building blocks” leaving participants free to be creative!  The finished items are then yours to take back to the office and enjoy (or share with colleagues if you’re feeling generous)!

Cocktail Capers

The perfect choice if you would like to incorporate a few drinks into your event.  Teams will learn how to make some classic cocktails as well as some brilliant flare skills from our experts – of course there is plenty of sampling to be done as well!

Ice Art

Ice carving is a fantastic, tactile, and unique event which challenges teams to carve a horses’ head!  Participants will first be given a professional demonstration by an expert ice carver before they are let loose on their own ice block!

Chistmas Apprentice

A fantastic feel good event that requires teams to purchase as many items from their shopping list with the budget provided to them at the beginning of the event.  The shopping list is put together by us in conjunction with a local childrens charity and will inevitably consist of toys and other Christmas goodies the children will adore.  Everything the teams manage to obtain is then donated to the charity at the end of the event.

The Chocolatier

A classic and always a favourite around Christmas time is our Chocolate making event – The Chocolatier!  As you would expect, teams are taught how to make a variety of mouth-watering chocolates by out chocolatier before getting stuck in and making their own!  Everyone will have plenty of chocolates to take home and scoff or to give away as presents!

Christmas Carol Chaos

After a warm welcome by our team your group will be split into two teams and taken to different parts of your venue.  The first group will spend some time learning the lyrics and harmonies of a classic Christmas carol whilst the other half learns the accompanying percussion.  The groups will them swap so that everyone get a chance to learn everything before coming together to perform the Carol in its entirety as a team!

Christmas Cook Off

What better way to combine a team building event with your Christmas party than by having teams compete head to head in our Christmas Cook Off!  Your group will be split into teams who will then battle it out by cooking their own Christmas feast!  Naturally, when the meals have been cooked, everyone gets to sit down and enjoy the culinary delights they have created!

Christmas Treasure Hunt

A Christmas themed Treasure Hunt is the perfect way to get outside in the crisp winter air and soak up that Christmas spirit!  Teams will have to solve a variety of clues dotted around your chosen City in order to be crowned Champions!

Beat the Christmas Clock

Beat the Christmas Clock is a great event to run during dinner and will get everyone involved!  At strategic points throughout your dinner (typically before the starter, main course, and desert) participants will have a set amount of time to complete as many challenges as possible in order to earn points for their team!  With over 150 different challenges to try, there is guaranteed to be something for everyone!

Gameshow Mania

If you are looking for something a little less active but still lots of fun then Gameshow Mania  is the perfect solution!  With a number of different rounds each based on a different game show, this really is the ultimate before/during/after dinner quiz!
