Everyone really enjoyed the game; it was a great team building exercise that really demonstrated our different skills and highlighted the competitive members! Our host was really motivating and very helpful to the teams that called on her for support during the game. Having never even experienced an escape room in person I wasn’t sure how well it would run virtually but I was really surprised how well it went and how being virtual didn’t put us at a disadvantage in coming together as a team to complete the game.

What a fabulous CSI team building session we've had with Diane from Rhino Events this week.

Diane was brilliant. This was the first 'face to face' meeting for our group and Diane got them all talking and solving the murder. It was a great ice breaker and a fabulous start to our two- day event. They all thoroughly enjoyed it.

Tim was a great point of contact; the whole process from my initial enquiry to delivery ran smoothly. He was both responsive and incredibly helpful. I'd definitely recommend White Rhino.

First time using these guys, but Tim has been fantastic from my initial query right the way through to Rebecca hosting our event.
We choose the virtual horse racing, and I did wonder how it would work, but it was great to be put into groups, and be put into breakout rooms to strategize and then come back for the racing with the entire team.
It was a fun event which lasted just the right amount of time and kept everyone entertained.

What an amazing company, I would highly recommend White Rhino.

Our Thriller event was organised and overseen by Timmon (Tim), his attention to detail was second to none. Tim’s articulate planning and regular communication ensured a successful execution of our team event.

Our facilitator/choreographer for the day, Page, was amazing. He had a wealth of experience as a professional dancer and danced in the Thriller West End show and World Tour. Wow, that’s what you call experience!. Page captured everyone’s attention to the Thriller activity in a fun, friendly and energetic way. I don't think any of us thought we would grasp the steps, but Page's patience and experience prevailed and whilst we were no Michael Jackson, we had a good go at it, with lots of laughs along the way. Page has a ridiculous amount of energy which rubbed off on everyone.

My team and I had an amazing day and every member of my team has commented on the event in a very positive way.

Really pleased that I found your event site and chose your team to host our virtual events. Simon the host was excellent, really engaging and witty. We aren’t always the brightest bunch first thing in the morning and there were a lot of instructions to take in but they were made very clear and the concept was brilliantly put together. Both events felt that we could’ve gone on for another hour or two and we weren’t sat twiddling our fingers at any point.
Comments from the other participants include “Very engaging, well organised, fun events with the only potential improvement that I could see was we would have benefited from a little more time.”, “It was very good, Topics/games interesting and fun, a little more time would have been good.”, “Host was good and liked the app” & “Great event, fun, engaging, app worked well, cheesy humour from the host and would recommend to others.”

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Tim and Ian for facilitating such a fun event! The Virtual Horse Racing was a great social get together with 30 of our clients we’ve not been able to catch up with in person. It went down very well and was enjoyed by all who commented on it being a refreshing change from a zoom quiz! I organised the virtual Gingerbread House Challenge with Tim at White Rhino who was so helpful and I was super impressed with the service.
The ingredients came well packaged ahead of the event we have managed to get these sent to Portugal for an employee. Chef Jason was very interactive and took us through this step by step whilst making it fun for all we even managed a quick fire round quiz. All employees families were involved plus the gingerbread house tasted amazing. Will certainly be using White Rhino again in the future.

What areas do you cover?

Answer

All of the activities we offer are completely mobile and can, therefore, be run throughout the UK at hotels, conference centres, sports clubs, or even at your offices if you have enough space.

Are the team building activities run from fixed locations?

Answer

No – almost all of the team building activities we offer are completely mobile and aren’t run from any fixed locations.  Activities can be run pretty much anywhere (providing there is enough space) and we often run activities at hotels, conference centres, sports clubs, and also in clients offices.

Can you help us find a venue for our event?

Answer

Yes absolutely.  If you are looking to book a team building activity with us we are able to provide a free venue finding service and help you source the perfect venue for your event.  As well as ensuring the venue is suitable for your chosen activity, we will also make sure they can provide any other facilities you may need such as meeting space, refreshments, meals, and even overnight accommodation.

Do we have to run the activities ourselves?

Answer

Certainly not.  All of the activities we offer are fully managed and will therefore be run from start to finish by an experienced and friendly event team.  This leaves you free to enjoy the event with your colleagues.

How much do team building activities cost?

Answer

This varies depending upon the activity you choose, the number of people taking part, and where the activity is going to take place.  You can get an estimated cost for the team building activities we offer by using the ‘activity calculator’ in the top right-hand corner of each activity page.

How long to the team building activities last?

Answer

Most team building activities will usually last for between 2 and 3 hours.  As a result, activities can be run during a morning or afternoon session and easily slotted into a meeting or conference schedule.

Will there be other people taking part in the team building activity at the same time as us?

Answer

Absolutely not.  Each team building activity is run exclusively for you and your team.  As a result,  means that the event can be tailored to your exact requirements and timings.

08.

Are you able to provide an activity for a stag/hen party I am organising?

Answer

I’m afraid not.  We specialise in providing team building activities and away days for the corporate market and therefore do not cater for stag or hen parties.
