From the booking of the event right the way through to the event itself, everyone at White Rhino were friendly and really helpful. The event team on the day were great and made sure that everything ran smoothly and more importantly that everyone had a good time. We have had great feedback from all our team saying how much they enjoyed the activity and the photos of happy laughing people say it all. Thank you!

We ran an online event for 85 people across 3 countries and it worked brilliantly. We did the art heist escape room. Everyone had a great time and the tech worked really well! thank you :D

They were extremely professional and many of the staff who were initially reticent to have a 'teambuilding' day were keen to have another after this. We did the Level Up event and it was fast paced and extremely fun! It had something for everyone and so many laughs!

Recently had the pleasure of working with White Rhino on a teambuilding treasure hunt. Seamless stress free planning + fabulous facilitation = a memorable day for all. Would definitely use again

So glad we chose White Rhino - from the first enquiry, through the tailored booking, the communication was excellent. On the day, Dan and Sam were both absolutely brilliant. Their organisation and delivery were perfectly pitched to our team and everyone LOVED the bake off! This was part of a strategic away day and set the tone perfectly. We had a really engaged and productive day, and the team are still buzzing from the team building event.

Everyone really enjoyed the game; it was a great team building exercise that really demonstrated our different skills and highlighted the competitive members! Our host was really motivating and very helpful to the teams that called on her for support during the game. Having never even experienced an escape room in person I wasn’t sure how well it would run virtually but I was really surprised how well it went and how being virtual didn’t put us at a disadvantage in coming together as a team to complete the game.

We all had a great masterclass! The team really enjoyed making their Terrarium's and Chris, our masterclass lead was great - he was enthusiastic and delivered a great mix of historical information and also practical tips on creating and putting together our terrariums.

I work for MAG (Manchester Airports Group) - we booked White Rhino for their Level Up event and had in person event hosts from their team to help energise the room. The event was a huge success! Colleagues absolutely loved it and I couldn't recommend White Rhino and their team enough! Absolutely brilliant!

Used White Rhino Events during a team meeting. Great communication leading up to the event and very well executed during. The entire team enjoyed working together on the Murder on Slopes murder mystery, which was hosted by Lauren. Lauren was excellent as the host, engaging and funny. Would definitely use White Rhino at future events. Ashley Andrews BK Medical UK, a GE HeathCare company

White Rhino are amazing - second time we've used them to inspire and bring together our 'inner city youth service'. They worked with a broad and diverse group of workers from very different backgrounds and united them in the fun and competitiveness of a great challenge: We went for Quboid this time which was a riot, literally sometimes, LOL. Amazing session with great feedback from all. Thanks White Rhino! Shaff, Know Wonder

Contacted White Rhino very last minute to see if they could help with an event we were holding for around 40 people and they really came through for us! The activity really engaged the whole team and there was lots of laughter. A great team building exercise. We will definitely be using them again!!

Fantastic Mission Impossible event from White Rhino. The team had a fabulous day, got to know their colleagues better and it really brought out the leaders and we had fun! The people from White Rhino were great to work with and we will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone 👍

Wonderful company - unusual and great events! Our Teambuild was amazing. I would use this company again in an instant. Thank you White Rhino!

What a fabulous CSI team building session we've had with Diane from Rhino Events this week. Diane was brilliant. This was the first 'face to face' meeting for our group and Diane got them all talking and solving the murder. It was a great ice breaker and a fabulous start to our two- day event. They all thoroughly enjoyed it. Tim was a great point of contact; the whole process from my initial enquiry to delivery ran smoothly. He was both responsive and incredibly helpful. I'd definitely recommend White Rhino.

I would like to say a huge thank you to White Rhino for a great Molecular Canapes and Cocktails event. We had an amazing time and Paul was brilliant. The session was informative and lots of fun. It definitely got our competitive sides out. I would thoroughly recommend them if you are thinking about having an event

First time using these guys, but Tim has been fantastic from my initial query right the way through to Rebecca hosting our event. We choose the virtual horse racing, and I did wonder how it would work, but it was great to be put into groups, and be put into breakout rooms to strategize and then come back for the racing with the entire team. It was a fun event which lasted just the right amount of time and kept everyone entertained. I will defiantly be using them again

We booked White Rhino for their Rollercoaster Team Building Event. Anna (our facilitator) was excellent, just the right amount of guiding vs letting us make our own mistakes. Communication beforehand was clear, setting up was quick and easy, and the team had a great time. Would definitely recommend!

We had a GPS Treasure Hunt arranged by White Rhino for our corporate offsite. Perfect activity for team building, quite competitive, a variety of fun tasks so that everyone has a chance to shine. White Rhino support 10/10: quick, clear communication (Tim), great hosting on the day (Eric). Also, better value for money than their competitors. Thanks again!

Superb support from Tim in shaping the content of our team day ahead of time and brilliantly facilitated on the day by Keith and co. A great mix of mental and physical activities, with great fun had by all.

What an amazing company, I would highly recommend White Rhino. Our Thriller event was organised and overseen by Timmon (Tim), his attention to detail was second to none. Tim’s articulate planning and regular communication ensured a successful execution of our team event. Our facilitator/choreographer for the day, Page, was amazing. He had a wealth of experience as a professional dancer and danced in the Thriller West End show and World Tour. Wow, that’s what you call experience!. Page captured everyone’s attention to the Thriller activity in a fun, friendly and energetic way. I don't think any of us thought we would grasp the steps, but Page's patience and experience prevailed and whilst we were no Michael Jackson, we had a good go at it, with lots of laughs along the way. Page has a ridiculous amount of energy which rubbed off on everyone. My team and I had an amazing day and every member of my team has commented on the event in a very positive way. I would firstly like to say that I highly recommend using White Rhino Events if you're looking to facilitate an event, be it with friends, family or colleagues. Tim was attentive and responsive throughout the enquiry, booking and post event stages. "Glenn is a legend!" was only one of many messages that I received after our "Around the World" event. Myself and my colleagues had a great day, with Glenn leaving us all smiling from ear to ear by the end. Thank you White Rhino! Best, Heather (ServiceMax)

Really pleased that I found your event site and chose your team to host our virtual events. Simon the host was excellent, really engaging and witty. We aren’t always the brightest bunch first thing in the morning and there were a lot of instructions to take in but they were made very clear and the concept was brilliantly put together. Both events felt that we could’ve gone on for another hour or two and we weren’t sat twiddling our fingers at any point. Comments from the other participants include “Very engaging, well organised, fun events with the only potential improvement that I could see was we would have benefited from a little more time.”, “It was very good, Topics/games interesting and fun, a little more time would have been good.”, “Host was good and liked the app” & “Great event, fun, engaging, app worked well, cheesy humour from the host and would recommend to others.” In short, would recommend White Rhinio Event Solutions to anyone looking to create a virtual team building event

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Tim and Ian for facilitating such a fun event! The Virtual Horse Racing was a great social get together with 30 of our clients we’ve not been able to catch up with in person. It went down very well and was enjoyed by all who commented on it being a refreshing change from a zoom quiz! It was so successful we’re now going to organise another of the virtual events for our staff. I’d highly recommend using White Rhino, the customer support, technology used, and hosts are first class.

I booked this for our UK sales meeting. Around 30 of us dialled in for the chocolate-making session, which was a huge success and lots of fun. Zoom worked brilliantly for the event, and Jeff kept everyone engaged. Tim in customer support was really responsive to all my questions. Would highly recommend.

We have worked with White Rhino for two corporate team building events, the first was a treasure hunt around our city which was fantastic and then second was a virtual quiz. Both events have had amazing hosts and were well enjoyed by our employees. White Rhino know how to use technology to make things run smoothly. I fully recommend.
