The Arctic Survival virtual escape room is our best selling escape activity. This snow-packed virtual escape room adventure will see you and your teams taking on an Arctic expedition like no other.
Midway through an arctic expedition, your team has become separated from your hiking guide. With a storm setting in and nightfall approaching, you’re forced to abandon your expedition in search of help. You must work together to solve cryptic clues scattered throughout the abandoned Arctic hut and put your logical thinking and code-cracking skills to the test in order to kickstart the generator, call for help, and escape before the heavy snowfall and high winds leave you lost in the Arctic.
At the beginning of your Arctic Survival virtual escape rooms event, your remote event manager will set the scene with a tense virtual briefing detailing key information as to why participants must escape. Teams will then be faced with a locked Arctic hut that they must virtually break out of before they run out of time. Using their own smartphone devices loaded with a gameplay app, participants will work their way through a myriad of clues by tapping on the objects throughout the hut.
Teams must progress through the three stages of Arctic Survival challenge as quickly as they can, while correctly completing questions and challenges as they go. Teams who employ a thoughtful strategy and manage their time carefully shall prevail.
The aim of the game is simple; solve the clues to start the generator, call for help and crack the code, all before you run out of time.
Available in three flexible formats…
This activity offers complete flexibility and can be run in virtual, hybrid, or face to face formats depending on your circumstances and situation.
Virtual
Running this activity virtually, all participants can dial into the Zoom call from wherever they are, whether it’s at home or in the office, in the UK or abroad. Your dedicated event facilitator will welcome guests, deliver your event briefing remotely, split the group into teams, and run your event from start to finish. At the end of the activity, your facilitator will announce the results and ‘wrap up’.
Hybrid
With some physical ‘in person’ teams taking part from the office or venue and some ‘virtual’ teams dialling in from home or elsewhere, the hybrid solution is a great way to get everyone involved in your event no matter what the circumstances. Just like the virtual option, your event facilitator will brief everyone via Zoom, arrange the teams, and run everything from start to finish.
Socially Distanced
The socially distanced option allows everyone to enjoy a fun, engaging, safe, and COVID friendly team building activity, ‘face to face’ with their colleagues. Run from the office or venue, your activity will still be delivered via Zoom by an experienced facilitator who will look after everything, from the initial welcome to the final wrap up.
