Stress-Free Corporate Team Building, Professionally Hosted Across the UK
You bring the group and the venue. We’ll recommend the right activity, organise everything and host it professionally from start to finish — so you can focus on your people instead of managing the event.
unforgettable events
That’s completely normal.
Most of our clients aren’t sure which activity will work best when they first get in touch. That’s where we can help.
Every event is different. Before we recommend anything, we’ll take the time to understand:
- Your objectives
- Your group
- Your venue
- Your timings
- Your budget
- The atmosphere you’re hoping to create
Only then will we recommend the activities we genuinely believe will give you the best outcome.
Our goal isn’t to sell you a particular activity. It’s to help you deliver a successful event.
Honest Advice
We’ll recommend the activity that’s genuinely right for your event — even if that means suggesting a simpler or lower-cost option.
Experience Matters
Anyone can recommend an activity. Making sure it’s the right one is where experience matters.
Since 2007 we’ve delivered hundreds of corporate team building events across the UK, giving us the experience to know what works for different teams, venues and objectives.
One Dedicated Planner
From your first enquiry until your event has finished, you’ll work with one dedicated planner who understands your event from start to finish.
Tell us a little about your event and we’ll come back with ideas that fit your objectives.
Help Me Plan My Event →A few of the activities we regularly recommend

We don’t chase the biggest catalogue or the lowest price. Clients come back because working with us is refreshingly straightforward.
You can actually enjoy your own event
Once our host takes over, you’re free to join in — not run it. That’s the difference between managing an event and being part of one.
You won’t be chasing anyone for updates
One planner, one inbox, one number. If something’s outstanding, we’ll tell you before you have to ask.
Your agenda can change and it’s still fine
Numbers drop, timings shift, the room changes last minute. We adjust around you instead of treating it like a renegotiation.
If something needs sorting on the day, it gets sorted quietly
Experienced hosts deal with the small stuff before you even notice it happened.
You get a straight answer, not a sales pitch
If a simpler activity suits your group better, we’ll say so. Your next booking matters more to us than this invoice.
Your team is still talking about it weeks later
Real energy and real engagement — not just an hour that filled a gap in the agenda.
160 delegates. One engaging team building activity at the Oxford Belfry. No surprises.
The challenge: an afternoon activity for 160 delegates, with the room needing to flip from meeting space to activity space in under 60 minutes.
The solution: a Krypton Factor activity with indoor and outdoor challenges sized and around the venue, and hosted by a professional team who worked directly with the Oxford Belfry’s events staff so the changeover didn’t eat into the agenda.
The result: the session ran exactly to schedule, with the organiser free to focus on the rest of the conference rather than the changeover.
Most of our best clients didn’t just book us once.

What HR, L&D and event teams say after working with us
“I booked this for our UK sales meeting. Around 30 of us dialled in for the chocolate-making session, which was a huge success and lots of fun… Tim in customer support was really responsive to all my questions. Would highly recommend.”
“We booked White Rhino for their Level Up event and had in-person event hosts from their team to help energise the room. The event was a huge success! Colleagues absolutely loved it and I couldn’t recommend White Rhino and their team enough!”
“Recently had the pleasure of working with White Rhino on a teambuilding treasure hunt. Seamless stress free planning + fabulous facilitation = a memorable day for all. Would definitely use again.”
“Tim was attentive and responsive throughout the enquiry, booking and post event stages. ‘Glenn is a legend!’ was only one of many messages I received after our ‘Around the World’ event. Myself and my colleagues had a great day.”
“We had a GPS Treasure Hunt arranged by White Rhino for our corporate offsite. White Rhino support 10/10: quick, clear communication (Tim), great hosting on the day (Eric). Also, better value for money than their competitors. Thanks again!”
“So glad we chose White Rhino – from the first enquiry, through the tailored booking, the communication was excellent… This was part of a strategic away day and set the tone perfectly. We had a really engaged and productive day.”

You’ll have one point of contact — not a call centre.

Hi, I’m Tim.
When you get in touch, there’s no call centre and no pushy sales team — just one dedicated planner, from your first enquiry to the day itself. I’ve been helping organisations across the UK plan and deliver successful team building events since 2007.
Whether you’re planning something for 20 people or 300, I’ll help you find the activity that’s actually right for your objectives, venue and budget. If something simpler is the better fit, I’ll say so.
My goal isn’t to sell you an event. It’s to make organising it straightforward, and to help you deliver a day your colleagues will remember for all the right reasons.
Common questions before you enquire
Do you help us find a venue? +
No — we specialise in the activity itself. You choose the venue, whether that’s your office, a hotel, a conference centre or an outdoor space, and we bring everything needed to host a professional session there.
How much does a session cost? +
There’s no fixed day rate — cost depends on your group size, the activity and where the event will be taking place. Enquire and you’ll have a clear, easy to understand quote before committing to anything, with no hidden extras.
How far in advance do we need to book? +
We regularly deliver events with 2-3 weeks’ notice, though 6-8 weeks gives you the widest choice of dates and hosts. If your event is next week, get in touch anyway — we can often help.
What’s included in the price? +
Professional hosts, all activity equipment, setup and breakdown, full public liability insurance, and a dedicated planning contact from enquiry to event day. No hidden extras.
Can you handle multiple locations or repeat bookings across the year? +
Yes — this is where we add the most value for HR and L&D teams. We can set up a simple framework so repeat bookings across regions or departments are quick to arrange, with consistent quality and one point of contact.
What happens if we need to postpone or cancel? +
We understand corporate diaries shift. Our terms, confirmed at booking, set out clear notice periods for cancellations and we will always be as flexible as possible.
What if we’re not sure which activity to choose? +
That’s normal — most organisers aren’t sure until we talk it through. Tell us your group size and goal and we’ll recommend the right fit. You’re not expected to already know.
