Virtual cookery events have never been more popular.

With the current climate making physical, face-to-face events impossible, virtual solutions have become the best way to stay connected with both employees and clients. Traditional cookery activities have always been highly successful when it comes to engaging and motivating people, and these virtual cookery events are no different.  They are completely hands-on, great fun, and suitable for everyone. We are also able to accommodate any dietary requirements or allergies.

Each virtual cookery event is run by a professional chef who will host your event from start to finish.  Activities can be run using a variety of video conferencing packages although the most popular options are Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Before your virtual cookery event…

In advance of the event, our team will create an ‘event box’ for each participant which include all of the ingredients they will need for the activity, a disposable apron, and a chefs hat to complete the look.  These temperature-controlled boxes will then be sent directly to each participant so that they have everything they need for the big day.

We will also provide the organiser with an ‘equipment list’ which can be sent to all those taking part.  All of the recipes have been designed to utilise basic kitchen equipment and so no specialist equipment is needed.

Finally, we will provide an ‘event information sheet’ which will need to be sent to each participant.  This includes a brief summary of the virtual cookery activity they will be taking part in, timings, and also has joining details for the video conference call.

On the day of your event…

On the day of your event, your head chef will get everything ready in the cookery ‘studio’ well ahead of your event start time.  Once all guests have joined the video call, the head chef will welcome everyone and explain what will be happening during the activity.  After this, your head chef will lead the group through their menu as guests cook along in real-time to create their own amazing dishes.

Guests are welcome to ask any questions they may have and your head chef will be on hand throughout the activity to lend a ‘virtual’ hand whenever required.
