Yes. Colleagues in different offices, cities or countries can join the same live event at the same time, from home or the office. If your participants are spread across time zones, tell us when you enquire and we’ll advise on timings.
What do participants need to join? +
A laptop or computer with a reliable internet connection and, for app-based activities, a smartphone or tablet. We provide joining instructions in advance.
Which video-conferencing platform do you use? +
Our preferred platform is Zoom, although other platforms can be accommodated where appropriate. We’ll send full joining instructions in advance.
Do we need to organise anything ourselves? +
No. We handle the planning, activity setup and hosting. You simply share the joining details with your team.
